If you currently own a diamond in the vault, and would like to withdraw the diamond to keep it in your own possession, follow the three-step process below:

Step 1: Complete the form below to tell us which diamond you wish to redeem, and your contact information.

Step 2: Once we confirm your ownership of the diamond, Icecap will email you the shipping cost and service fee total for redemption.

Step 3: Once the fee is paid, GCAL will retrieve your diamond from their vault in New York, and will mail it to the address you specified.
